Processing time
All orders will be processed within 3-8 business days after payment confirmation. Popular styles may ship within 24 hours. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order to check stock availability and confirm if priority processing is possible.
Transportation destination
We offer global delivery services, including in the United States and Canada.
Freight
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier. We also offer free shipping on orders over $1500. All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility (except for small parcels under 5kg).
US shipping cost calculation rules (maximum reference, not a fixed price):
1. Weight under 5kg: $75 USD or less / DDP Air (Door-to-Door usually includes customs duties)
2. Weight between 5-20kg: under US$200
3. Weight between 24-53kg: under US$500
Canadian shipping cost calculation rules (maximum reference, not a fixed price):
1. Weight under 5kg: $80 USD or less / DDP Air (Door-to-Door usually includes customs duties)
2. Weight between 5-20kg: under US$200
3. Weight between 24-53kg: under US$550
For bulk shipments, we can transport them by sea. The specific freight cost will be based on the actual carrier's charges.
Logistics carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, sea freight, etc. (sea freight is chosen for large volumes of goods)
Weight-based billing standard
The weight calculation method for international express shipments (also called chargeable weight or billing weight) is usually based on the greater of actual weight/gross weight and volumetric weight/dimensional weight. This is because aircraft cargo hold space is limited, and express companies (especially air express) need to balance weight and volume usage to avoid "bulky but lightweight" goods (items that take up too much space but charge less).
1. Actual weight (real weight)
It refers to the total physical weight (gross weight) of the goods including packaging, weighed directly using an electronic scale.
Unit: kilogram (kg).
If the actual weight is greater than the volumetric weight, the charge will be based on the actual weight.
2. Volumetric weight (bulk weight/volumetric weight)
"Equivalent weight" calculated based on the space occupied by the goods.
Common formulas (unit: centimeters):
Volumetric weight (kg) = Length × Width × Height ÷ Divisor
The divisor (volume factor) varies depending on the courier company (the most common is 5000):
DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT (the four major international express companies): ÷ 5000 (i.e., 1:5000)
Example: Box dimensions 50cm × 40cm × 30cm → Volumetric weight = 50 × 40 × 30 ÷ 5000 = 12 kg
EMS (Postal Parcel/International Express): Traditionally, volumetric weight is not considered, and all shipments are based on actual weight; however, for some online shipments or large items (≥60cm on one side), volumetric weight may now be calculated by ÷6000, or volumetric weight may be calculated under certain conditions.
Other: Some dedicated lines or low-cost channels use ÷6000 (smaller volume and weight, lower cost).
Measurement rules:
Measure the most bulging part (the most prominent point), and round up if the measurement is less than one centimeter (e.g., 15.1cm is counted as 16cm).
For irregular shapes: take the longest, widest, and highest points.
For multiple items: calculate the volumetric weight of each item separately, then compare it with the actual weight and take the larger value, then add them together for the full bill.
Estimated delivery time (after shipment)
- USA and Canada: 7-20 business days (depending on carrier and customs clearance).
- Logistics tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email after shipment.
